1. Hand Picked
Premium sourced foods are hand picked to ensure the best quality possible. Fruits and vegetables are locally sourced when in season
2. Quality Check
Food is thoroughly inspected and prepared to ensure the process of freeze drying doesn’t interfere with the nutrient profile or flavor.
3. Freeze-Drying
Fresh or cooked foods are placed in the Freeze dryer where they are frozen to −50 °C. Once the food is frozen, the dryer creates a powerful vacuum around the food. As the food is slightly warmed, the ice transitions into a vapor and is drawn out of the food.
4. Final Inspection
Freeze dried food is sorted and inspected to ensure best quality.
5. Packaging
Freeze dried food is then sealed in moisture and oxygen proof packaging to ensure freshness until opened.
